We come see your space and give you a free estimate of what can be organized and what's worth selling.
Organize
We organize using the 5S method — sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain — or whatever approach works best for you, your needs, and your space.
Photograph & list
If there's anything you'd like to sell, we photograph it and post it online. It stays at your property the whole time.
Get paid
You collect payment directly from the buyer and keep 70% — we'll invoice you for our 30% separately. You also handle pickup or delivery.
You keep the majority. We only earn when it sells.
This is how it works for organizing projects — we organize your space, and if there's something you want to sell, we'll help you photograph and post it. We get paid from the sale price. If you just need something sold with no organizing involved, that's a separate flat fee instead — see Pricing below.
