Photograph & list
If there's anything you'd like to sell, we photograph it, post it, and handle first contact with buyers. It stays at your property the whole time.
Get paid
Once it sells, you keep 70% of the sale price. You handle pickup or delivery — no invoices, no waiting on us.
You keep the majority. We only earn when it sells.
No flat fees for resale. We're paid from the sale price — so it's in our interest to sell it well, not just quickly.
